LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Lansing’s skyline will have a new look in the not-too-distant future.
Contractors broke ground today to begin building ‘Tower on Grand’, a new apartment building coming to downtown Lansing.
The building will be over 300 feet tall with 28 stories.
It will also feature a pool, a workout center, and an outdoor observation deck.
The $315M project is funded privately and through a state tax incentive.
“Lansing’s a wonderful city. It’s fantastic, we have tons to do, but this takes us to the next level,” said Lansing mayor Andy Schor.
