It looks like another Lansing restaurant is one step closer to opening.
If you’ve been to Downtown Lansing recently, then you’ll have noticed there’s an update to the business landscape: Sea Leveaux has its signage up!
What Is Sea Leveaux Cajun Boil?
Sea Leveaux Cajun Boil is a fast-casual seafood eatery (think, Chipotle-style service) that focuses on Cajun-style seafood boils and includes things like crab legs, crawfish, scallops, shrimp, and more. And what’s a seafood boil without sides like corn, potatoes, and broccoli? It’s also possible that they’ll be serving cocktails, as the owners applied for a liquor license.
