Lansing housing projects remaking city. Where 'New Vision' stands:

A century-old, 10-story building at the corner of Michigan and Washington avenues, at one time home to the Michigan Court of Appeals, that’s being renovated to house 60 new apartments is just one part of a massive project that will change downtown Lansing.

The renovated building, dubbed Washington Square, has been part of Gentilozzi Real Estate’s property portfolio for 50 years and its transformation is part of “New Vision Lansing,” a $320 million housing project that encompasses five buildings the Lansing company is building or renovating in the city.
