Scout Day at the Capitol

Be a Participant

All Scouts and leaders are invited to participate in the Scout Day at the Capitol where we will showcase Scouting to Legislators and Government officials and the general public about how great Scouting is and the impact that Scouting has on youth and local communities. Scouts and family members will participate in hands-on activities, Capitol tours, and interactive displays.  Requested registration by June 1st will allow proper planning.

Be a Delegate

Scouts interested in serving as a Delegate to state elected officials and government officials may apply.  Scouts will be selected by review of submissions by the Scout Day at the Capitol Committee for participation and notified in advance of their participation.  Deadline for submitting the application is May 12, 2026.
