CVI Advocacy Day 2026

CVI Advocacy Day 2026

CVI Day is a community-centered event dedicated to healing, prevention, and empowerment through community-led solutions to violence. Taking place in Lansing, Michigan, this gathering brings together residents, community leaders, advocates, service providers, and change-makers committed to addressing violence through care, connection, and opportunity.

The day will focus on highlighting the impact of Community Violence Intervention (CVI) work, elevating lived experiences, and creating space for honest dialogue, education, and collaboration. Attendees can expect engaging conversations, resource sharing, and opportunities to connect with organizations and individuals who are actively working to make our communities safer and stronger.

CVI Day is more than an event—it’s a call to action. By centering community voices and investing in prevention, healing, and support, we aim to build pathways toward long-term safety and wellness for Lansing and beyond.

Together, we come to learn, connect, and reaffirm our collective responsibility to protect, uplift, and invest in our communities.
