Forks & Corks Pairs Cultural Street Food and Wine Tastings for an all new Outdoor Tasting Experience
Forks & Corks, presented by Lexus of Lansing, makes its return to Downtown Lansing with a whole new tasting experience! This year’s Forks & Corks will take place Thursday, October 6 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Allegan Street as an outdoor tasting event featuring a street-food and wine pairing.
“Downtown Lansing is home to so many ethnic restaurants, so we wanted to feature the many flavors and cultural dishes that Downtown Lansing has to offer. Plus, with Block Aid happening on S. Washington Sq. Forks & Corks event attendees will have the added bonus of being able to walk out of one event and enjoy live music, shopping, art and more at Downtown’s largest block party!” states Downtown Lansing Inc. Executive Director, Cathleen Edgerly.
Tickets for the event are on sale now at: www.forksandcorkslansing.org. Participating restaurants include La Cocina Cubana, Midtown Brewing Co. Sidecar Slider Bar, Social Sloth Cafe & Bakery, Sweet Encounters Bakery, Tatse and Veg Head.
Forks and Corks is proudly presented by Lexus of Lansing and coordinated by Downtown Lansing Inc. in partnership with Event Management Partner, Michigan Premier Events. Many thanks to community partners and sponsors including Loomis Law Firm, Where the Wild Things Bloom, and Neva Lee’s.
