Salus is starting a Queer Tween Book Club in partnership with Capital Area District Library! The first meeting is Friday, April 22 at 4pm at the Salus Center, at 408 S Washington Sq. in downtown Lansing. The first book is Zenobia July by Lisa Bunker. This is “a bold, heartfelt story about a trans girl solving a cyber mystery and coming into her own.” You can check out the book from CADL libraries as a book, e-book, or e-audiobook. Youth ages 9-13 are welcome at this event! Come to discuss the book and to meet other kids who are LGBTQ+ and allies!
