The Olive Burger Festival, the most highly anticipated food event in the region, will take place at Jackson Field in Lansing on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Lansing Foodies is putting on Michigan’s first-ever olive burger festival, and it will feature more than a dozen of the best olive burgers in the region, live music, and plenty of fun activities for the whole family.
The Olive Burger Festival is a celebration of the iconic Michigan burger that has been a favorite of locals for a century. The festival will feature a variety of olive burger creations from some of the best local restaurants and food trucks. Attendees will have the opportunity to try different variations of the olive burger and vote for their favorites.
In addition to the olive burgers, the festival will also feature live music, games, and activities for all ages. There will be a kids’ area with bounce houses and face painting. Attendees can also enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine.
“We’re thrilled to be hosting the Olive Burger Festival at Jackson Field this year,” said Lansing Foodies event coordinator, Erin Brains. “This is a great opportunity for people to come together and celebrate one of Michigan’s most beloved foods. We have an exciting lineup of vendors and activities planned, and we can’t wait to see everyone there.”
The Olive Burger Festival will take place on June 24, 2023, from Noon to 7:00 pm at Jackson Field, located at 505 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912. Lansing Foodies is putting on the Olive Burger Festival thanks to a grant from Global Giving and Meta.
